Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dropped off at the post office within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS. Delivery times vary by service selected at checkout but typically range from 2–5 business days after drop-off depending on your location.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been dropped off and accepted by USPS, Bass Labs is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us at caleb@basslabsfishing.com and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with USPS.
